Help me... how do i completely refresh a page type thing so it clears my "cache".

And is it just me that chuckles at the word "cache"?

If your using IE try pressing Ctrl + F5 to do a hard refresh, that should wipe the cache of the page your on and refetch it.

Cache's seem pointless now with broadband, it's not like people need to hang around ages for things to load these days.

Caches are bloody essential for sites which don't have unlimited bandwidth resources. - jc
