i'm so bloody busy with my neck in paper.

That reminds me of this sketch in The Beano called numbskulls. all the little numbskulls are decorating the inside of Ed's body and they wallpaper his neck. Then when he wakes up in the morning he has a stiff neck. It's kind of like a Just So story if you think about it. Not sure how that relates to bloc party though.
