Locking threads

Why are there so many locked threads on this forum? Everything I look at has been moved.

The threads are locked because Chris (or the mod that can lock topics as well, but I can't remember who it is right name, is it MC?) feels they should be locked.

As for threads being moved, they are generally moved to trash, because that is the forum that is the cloest match to the topic.

Well it might if the file was uploaded via the phpbb upload option, but it can't change the size of offsite images.
