The X BOX is an inferior console to the PS2, so i certainly don't use it, although i do like the idea of playing online (and don't fancy the PS2 thing, as i've heard bad stuff about it).

I prefer to play online on a PC, PC is much better as you can upgrade it. So you can have amazing graphics etc. But it costs alot to keep upgrading.

The PS2 has quality and quantity of games, as well as alot more variety, and does not rely on one or two games *cough* Halo *cough* to draw people into it.

I had a PS2 then bought an X-Box. Far superior machine, sold the PS2 soon afterwards.

Saying that, I think the Nintendo Revolution is the most promising of the Next Generation.

The PS3 looks phenomenal, especially the MGS4 trailer. Can't wait for next gen Zelda, Metroid and Smash Bros though.

Look how many consoles (no pun intended) have come to take over the PS2. And what is still the most popular? It was the same with the PS1. Lookat resident evil, switched to the gamecube for a while then come crawling back to Sony. They know where the best is.
