wierd - when ever I have wanted to listen to it online with my 56k modem (generally when all other radios in the house have someone occuping them) it works fine
Muse....amazing..going to rock Leeds and Reading this weekend
am i the only one who thinks that musically The Verve were better that Oasis...Urban Hyms still makes me cry after all these years as it is sooo amazing
I never understood why Urban Hymns got so much praise - apart from a few notable exceptions I found the album boring as shit. Still, maybe I'm a philistine...
I've got it, and I've TRIED to like it, but I just can't seem to get into it. Maybe I'll listen to it at some point again and see if I've changed my mind. I used to dislike Moseley Shoals (OCS) but now I really like it so maybe I can get into Urban Hymns...
people say oasis only made one or two good albums but that is very true of the verve. urban hymns was excellent (i was at haigh hall.... an then they broke up). i have "A Storm in Heaven" an its so poor i'd rather have the hearsay album on. richard ashcroft is a genius though his solo album was pretty good.....
Here's to those who bore us and made us what we are
Great TV last night has to be Almost Live. Noel Gallagher walking off when <insert presenter name. blonde irish bloke> tells him he's a Manchester United supporter. Not a good plan when he supports the blue side of Manchester. Gallagher walks back finally. Made me laugh anyway.
What does everyone think of Liam's new 'Songbird', which is out Monday? Do you think its a catchy that it will give those russian lesbians a good knocking off of the top spot.
