Does anyone remember Out of Tune?

Also there was a kids TV programme which involved people being involved in some sort of cult or evil group, where they went to a secret place (I think in a rock in someone's garden) where the boss was (I think the boss was called "Number One".) There were seemingly ordinary people involved in this group, like teachers, parents and school kids... But they didn't tell anyone else - I can't find it anywhere though.

But seriously, Out of Tune?! Blue Peter?! Run The Risk?! Watt On Earth?! You're doing yourselves no favours.

Watt on Earth was just a poor man's Woof. Blue Peter became rubbish after Mark Curry left, Run the Risk wasn't a patch on Fun House and out of Tune was just pap.

Until you come up with programmes to top Count Duckula, Mike and Angelo, Knightmare, Fun House, Bad Influence, Grotbags, Rainbow, Motormouth, Inspector Gadget, Round The Bend, How 2, T-Bag, Sooty and Art Attack, then I'll still be convinced that CITV was better than CBBC.
