Random Poll, with Christmas almost there and with all the songs such as Wham, Band Aid and Slade dominating the airwaves, what is your favourite Christmas song of all time (non-tradition). Apologies for missing some due to poll space.

The Pogues, no contest.

It wouldn't of been so good if they were sober when they made it.

I don't know anyone who dislikes the Pogues song. Slade come in second.

Sorry to jump on the bandwagon but it has to be the Pogues.
What are the pogues and Kirsty watsit doing now anyway- on a "where are they now?" programme.

Kirsty isn't doing much, she's too busy being dead.

You can see a show on the making of Fairytale Of New York, tomorrow night at 9pm on BBC 3. The Pogues will also be performing it with Katie Melua on Jonathan Ross on Thursday night.

I know that was annoying. I imagined them recording it in a smoky bar one Christmas past somewhere in New York.
