I personally find the Pogues song bloody annoying and turn to Radio 2 for 3 minutes when I hear it. Lots of wah-eye, diddly-eye Irish jigging stuff with contrived lyrics.

Slade on the other hand, now that is proper music...

(The best way to judge the best Xmas song is to get drunk and the one that makes you jump round like a backwards epileptic at a Pink Floyd gig is the winner)
