Smells can be deceiving... If you tried it, you may well like it (not all types, obviously.)

I can't recall a time where I've disliked the smell of something and liked the taste of it (although that's pssobly because I haven't tasted it if I've disliked the smell of it). The opposite has been true, where something has smelled nice and tasted horrible.
