Sadly for the worse, nothing could be done to stop them leaving. But a little more thought could of gone into the replacements though. Thats what i hate, not at all fitting they dont even make anyone laugh.

I would of prefered JK & Joel to go there if they could of made it to the station in time of MnL's leaving.

If they have to stay, then swap with JK & Joel on early breakfast. When the BBC strikes happened not long ago, JK & Joel covered for Colin & Edjit. They were way more enjoyable there.

Colin and Edith are very similar to JK and Joel in the respect that it's more of a general banter show. I think C&E are ok at lunch as it is something everyone can enjoy whereas not everyone appreciated Mark and Lard's humour like Moyles'.

Controversial there Jono....it took me a while to get used to Mark and Lard but they soon became funny and lets face it they knew there music more than C+E....but saying that i do feel Colin and Edith get a bad press

Clearly not, according to most i have spoken too. Even on weekends people switched them off. I was in a cafe once when they were on weekends, after 5 mins of being in there they put Radio 2 on. And the people who were working there were not that old.
I never liked every single thing MnL did, nor did i share their music tastes. However C&E seem to think everything is on the playlist is the best song in the world, where as MnL told the truth about it. And that was hillarious especially when "pied piper" was around.
I think JK & Joel will say somthing if they don't like a song instead of try and make out they do.

There are plenty if people are able to listen again yes. But if you are at work with an FM Radio there aint much you can do...

There's always my prefered option...the off switch. Actually it's the X in the corner of the window as I stream the radio.

I still use the radio rather than stream, i like my pages to load at maximum speed...

FM Radio's good, but my streamer has the advantage of being able to pause and rewind the radio and it doesn't take up enough of my bandwidth to make a difference, although admittedly the quality isn't perfect.

Can not belive that there are seriously people who think Colin & Edith compare with Jk & Joel!!

Don't get me wrong, JK & Joel are ok, I dont have any particular problem with them, they are there to provide a service on the chart show and have made it more interesting (am rarely up eary enough to hear them on early breakfast!) BUT.... by comparison, Colin & Edith are full of life, hilariously funny, people who clearly love music and are at the heart & soul of today's music world....They know exactly what they are talking about!!

But lets get this into perspective....This site is for Moyles fans......MOYLES ROCKS!!!!!
