An nice idea, but it would never work. How could it? You can't really have a 'new members only' part of the site, mainly because it wouldn't be fair to the regular members, and also it wouldn't accomplish anything, as a person would be as new to the rest of the board as they would have been anyway. Also, at what point is a member deemed as non-new?
