Well last year didn't hold a world cup or a euro tournament. And i didn't see no flags on cars then. Most people think for the football. However i agree it would be nice to do it for st.georges day.

There is somthing called PP live you can research into. It works for me sometimes, i watched the Newcastle vs West Brom the other week. The commentry was in chinese but i could see the match. You can check out this site:

Setanta Buys 2 out of 5 Premiership Packages
