The answer was Christopher Lee, but it was debatable because he only appeared on the RotK:EE DVD and it's assuming his Dracula and Fu Manchu count as trilogies (he made loads of them).

Other then that, I really can't think of anyone else. Harrison Ford comes close because of SW and Indie and two Jack Ryan films.
