I think it would take more than just talking about Chris to get mentioned. Otherwise we would ALL have been mentioned. Der. Still don't want to though. I can't help feeling that posting in order to catch the attention of the People On The Radio is the first step down the slippery slope which leads to applying for Big Brother, or the X Factor or something humiliating like that.....!

if people do somehitng to get mentioned, its not to gain world wide z-list stats, or to be hounded by the wprlds press!... its just a little gem in your life, another exiting thing thats happened to you. that mp3 of my mention will be cherished forever! its jsut somehting to be happy about, somehting to look back on and smile... but no, thats silly, i should be ashamed of doing backflips to get noticed, woe is me

I don't know, I had my thread mentioned when chris got back from holiday and was immediately snapped up by a talent scout, I've been on several TV shows (including Richard and Judy) to talk about it, several press conferences and been interviewed by every one from the Guardian to "That's Life" magazine....rumour has it that Pete Docherty is to dedicate his next song to me.....but it hasn't changed me one bit.

A lot can happen from one little mention.

well yeah, "dr. byrn: the animated adventures" was good while it lasted, but people seem to of forgoten about it pretty quickly, hopefully when the live action film comes out nexty year, we should get more merchandising going
