everybody says that chris gets paid loads and you can see from his car and lifestyle that he does but does anybody know roughly how much he and the other team members get paid?

Will get paid a standard BBC Producers rate, depending on what rating he is (think stars on the badges in Macdonalds!). Dave's pay would be debatable as his actual job description, hours worked, etc, and Lizzie would get a standard(ish) BA's rate for the BBC (but like Will there will be variations depending on "rating" etc).
