I'm glad it wasn't. I'm glad she won nothing. Didn't Amy Winehouse sound good in Chris's interview? She really had all the defences in place to begin with, but the big cuddly teddy bear won her over in the end.

I don't think Amy Winehouse is any better, I find her music boring and I don't think she was worthy of that award.

I'm so conflicted about her. I can't bear her lyrics, as I really don't like the celebration of depravity they represent, and if the media impression given of her is anywhere near accurate, she is a pretty unpleasant sort of person. But her voice is strong and really interesting and her songwriting is musically clever and original and creative - I really don't like her, but I think she is a really original talent, and probably brilliant.....!

I like ladies who sing, you know I think Lilly Allens music is great, Amy Winewarehouse is excellent, Rehab is a proper tune, that has deep emotional meaning for many !
And they are "stars" it's there job to court publicity. See Hotel Babylon for proof of what it's like. ( Yes its true, couse it is !)

Ironic isn't it that when the book came out last year, Moyles mentioned our sexy boyballbag saying it was a publicity stunt, him being rushed to hospital and having a flat tyre in the same week, but was acting in a TV show playing himself, DOING A PUBLICITY STUNT, oh how ironic !
