I took my daughter's iPod with me on my run the other day, thinking there would be something suitably bouncy on it to help me along - I seem to have missed a phase in her musical development, it was full of Goth-metal and bands who sound like monsters. Made me run fast though, the screaming certainly kept the adrenaline flowing! Dog wasn't happy, he's getting to old to rock, it seems.......!

Ahh Industrial EBM is wicked! I had a good bop around to it once, proper hardcore, personally I recommend Combichrist and KMFDM with such classics like Blut Royale and Dogma I reckon you couldn't go wrong when sweatin out all that anger and aggression.
