I have only 70-odd posts so not a lot to judge on. I hadn't posted in ages til the thread about rallyoke tix on ebay in which I talked about my experiences working in ticketing for several years. I can't see it was that, somehow.

ah, I know. you're right of course. I cut my teeth on a metal message board where I have been hounded across threads by certain posters for apparently being fat and where a standard response to any opinion is "go eat a dick you * douchenozzle", so I am used to a lot worse than that. and thanks, boboff. course I'll stick around :wink:

Ha, you want to pop over to the message board at http://www.metalsludge.tv, that ain't the half of what some people there come up with. I have a whole new vocabulary at my disposal as a result. not that I get to use it very often in actual real life...except for one word beginning in 'f' and ending in 'ucktard'. I use that quite a lot.

Just remembered that I played pool with a satanist last night. Really should go out on a Friday more often.

Swear words are great, trouble is I work in a school and swearing = instant dismissal, I think its so we don't upset the parents, the kids know more than i do already!

I have a friend in USA who is now infamous across the states for her swearing, as well as some of her views, but she is a really great and extremely clever person.
