i'm supposed to drink my barium-sulfite shake, but i can't stop gagging at the thought. i'm 5 minutes late drinking it! argh!!!!!!

i have a CT scan in two hours and i'm not allowed to eat or drink anything besides the shake before hand.

A cup of tea is not as good at showing up on X-ray imagining scans as Barium-sulfate.

Tis probably the reason.

I'm only 29 by the way.

i'm pretty good now, though this shake is foul. my diaphragm hurts from gagging, but i choked half of it down. i can't wait for after this test when i can go get cake.
