Whether you liked them or not Laura's Diary / One Night with Laura were good radio features and I had never heard similar before.

yeah but it's not like they can now repeat that feature, One Night With Chappers? I think not.

To begin with maybe.... but that dragged on for what seemed like years. A few people I know that liked Mills suddenly hated him after the 2 week stint on breakfast where he constantly did One Night With Laura and very little else.

He seems to have got about 40 years worth of material outta Laura! The first one, fine, but come one - how long does it go on for!

I do think that they come up with some fairly original features which is fine. Its the way they present them that i dislike.

meh... I've gone the full cycle with Scott Mills, first I hated him when he was a part-timer, then I listened whenever I could, now I'm kinda apathetic.

You by definition have to hate hime again to go full cycle though, but between apathy and hat you could fit in many feelings such as

1. Anger
2. Denial
3. Crying
4. Remorse
5. Distraction
6. Anger
7. Humility
8. Begging Friends and Parents
9. Recurrent sexual dreams
10. Hate

There you have it, you got the time ?

Laura's Diary is the feature that always has people talking - even in our office, my boss was saying 'did you hear Laura's Diary this morning?' - no matter who likes it or who hates it, that's job done if people are talking about it like that.

I cant understand why - surely you can just put it on yourself?

I appreciate that they need to try and be interactive, but the majority of the songs in the "your choice" section seem to come from the playlist.

Moyles was playing the Thundercats theme this morning - you wouldn't get that on Mills!

OK... You could just put it on for yourself, Foots, but it's kinda nice getting your name attached to your fave. artist's choon. :-)

No, I have avoided them since they abused that your boy in the recent advert, by holding him out straight and shaking him... awful

Very messy.

Mills should ditch Your Call, it's rubbish.

But they don't have time to pre-record enough material each day to fill the gap.
