Yea, they all come flooding back soon enough.

I had a strange discussion with my Girlfriend last night, when I grew up Mum used to make Cottage Pie in to different ways, either with Mince and veg (the traditional way) or with corned beef with cheese on top (always served with baked beans) so I have always called those two Cottage Pie. Now apparently, the last one isn't cottage pie at all, but Corned beef Hash! Even my mum when she was young had it as cottage pie...

Any thoughts????

That does sound like a corned beef hash........... and the cheese topping........ that's a nice touch.

Coincidently whilst on my three day adventure to Wales I spent about 15 minutes of that time trying to convince my colleague that Shepheards pie was made from lamp (hence shepheard) and that cottage pie was with beef........ he was having none of it....... but it's true I tells ya.

my brother used to eat 5 tins of corned beef hash a day. that stuff is gross.

i bet vodka and iced coffee would be nice.

Nothing with coffee in it is nice. But one of the few things which might make it bearable would be vodka.

Mmm curries the best curry i ever had was at this posh curry house and it was called a tak tak tawa, but ive also had a lamb tawa curry at a normal one which was alright. Other then that a chicken and mushroom balti with a naan. And a half pint because im a lady .
