The way I envisage it is....I get the photo (extremely hard part, any suggestions welcome), I return to work on Monday, announce my achievement in the morning staff briefing, present it to the guy in the photo (the balding one), bask in the glory of my success for about 3 hours and then return to my normal life as a.....

Technically, he's not my boss anymore. There was a swap around with management and he's now in charge of behaviour and welfare.

He's just a great guy, that's all. And this has become like a personal mission for me. After this, I shall no doubt move on to another project.
