Scientists have created a mathematical formula of how to make the perfect bacon butty. Experts at Leeds University discovered the secret to the perfect sandwich lay in how crispy and crunchy rashers were.
They found that two or three back bacon rashers should be cooked under a preheated oven grill for seven minutes at about 240C (475F).
The bacon should then be placed between two slices of farmhouse bread, 1cm to 2cm thick.

I suppose i dinna understand why people dont want to eat dead things. We have been eating dead things since we crawled out from primeordeal pools, why do we stop now? We are designed to eat, digest and gain nourishment from meat, I dont see why people would want to stop.
People have more choice now, where as they needed to eat meat for the nourishment nowadays they can get it in tablets or medicine. So if they feel iffy about eating meats they dont have to now. I dont like the way they are slaughtered and hunched together in thousands and fed food pellets to make them gain weight fast, living a short life just for the purpose of feeding us....but i love the taste of real meats.

I think as meat eaters the best thing we can do is buy organic meat and also buy it from a butcher not from the supermarket. I always buy my meat from my local butcher its so much nicer.
