Just remembered that I played pool with a satanist last night. Really should go out on a Friday more often.

Had a good night last night. We lost the pub quiz but had my hair plaited by a viking.

I heard someone congratulate him but missed what it was for! I guessed it must be a sprog cos I thought he wouldn't be getting married again...but then having a kid is more of a commitment anyway so that reasoning doesn't really make sense. Anyway, Aled reads so I'm sure he can pass all the congrats on...

I'm not disputing that - I just thought your use of the words "honourable" and "bastard" could possibly be interpreted as both emotive and pejorative, which might not have been what you actually meant. Although for all I know maybe you really do think that people who have babies outside of marriage are uniformly dishonourable and that "bastard" really is an appropriate way to describe the offspring, you never know.
