hmm i dunno theres just some things that dont work. beer = lovely, beer soup = wrongness.

I'm never quite sure what junkett is - isn't it like a cross between yoghurt and custard, with slightly gone-off milk?

No it's just Milk, and Rennet which set the milk like jelly, little nutmeg on top, and lashings of clotted cream !

Worse still it produces this white liquid exudate which is rather galling to say the least. Go on try it, it's a very old fashioned product, sort of like the start of making curds and wey, which you then make into cheese.

Thats what I thought - he had made a smoothie, put it in a bowl and hocked a loogie in it. Well it was a meringue, but it looked like a loogie.
