Chelsea are just the new team who everybody loves to hate. I wonder if this will diminish at all if Abramovitch sacks Mourinho this summer.
This annoys me when people say we bought the title. We didn't buy the title, we bought the players. The players still have to perform well and be told what to do y the manager well and get the results.
I'm only 29 by the way.hmm, what piffle baggie, it's wrong to spend money to get a good side ?
Is that only on players, or is it wrong to spend money on the ground, facilities, training plans etc as well ?Spending money on developing young English players would be a good idea, alas I don't feel that it is done enough.
You speculate to accumulate, you pay the best money to get the best players, to hopefully get the best results. You do indeed, but again see my answer to your first post.
The game was boring, and neither side deserved to win, however much the teams cost.Agreed. They should have stopped it at full time and said "neither of you deserve this trophy because you're both being boring", and then gone home.
It's a rubbish argument, Exeter City Kept Man United to a 0-0 draw last year, and they are all part time. The magic of football I suppose.
But only 3 swear words in the Football League
Arsenal
Scunthorpe
and * Chelsea !
I'm only 29 by the way.I reckon the Daily Star is just a poor imitation, that doesn't really cut the mustard in any form. Newspapers can be fun sometimes though. Anyone who was a Chelsea fan would have loved the endless FA cup coverage in all the Sundays yesterday.

No it is not, I was merely pointing out the extreme lengths that Chelsea have gone to of late, far exceeding those around them.Is that only on players, or is it wrong to spend money on the ground, facilities, training plans etc as well ?Spending money on developing young English players would be a good idea, alas I don't feel that it is done enough. You speculate to accumulate, you pay the best money to get the best players, to hopefully get the best results. You do indeed, but again see my answer to your first post. The game was boring, and neither side deserved to win, however much the teams cost.Agreed. You forgot Blackpool and Liverpool. (poo is a swear word in my eyes)
Hears my handle Hears my Spout
exactly dear boy !
Just remembered that I played pool with a satanist last night. Really should go out on a Friday more often.
Had a good night last night. We lost the pub quiz but had my hair plaited by a viking.
Stuff about Thatcher....
You are a disgrace and I'm looking forward to when someone you respect dies so I can rub your liberal face in it.

So much so that METRO is the same, but at least that's free.
would it be Joe Mott that wrote the article by any chance?
