Indeed both.

Wrestling now tries too hard to make the point that it is theatre now though, even in the games you get bits of commentary like "I know it ain't exactly kosher, but you can still get real hurt in the ring".

Well actually, the Centre or the City is usually what Central Milton Keynes is referred to as, but the individual estates are referred to by name. Collectively I normally say Milton Keynes, but for laziness when writing, sometimes MK.
