I thought i'd avoid this thread like the plague, as i dislike this subject, but sod it here i am. I probably spend about 95% of my time feeling absolutly ravenous, due to hardly eating anything and it's been this way since i was a teenager. Unfortunatly for me, i think my body as result of this now acts as it would in a famine, so when i do eat a bit, the weight piles on at a rate that it really shouldn't. The theory being, i guess, that it immediatly stores any calories for the inevitable prolongued period of starvation that will follow.
Motto: never diet, particularly as a teenager, it'll bugger up your body for life.
