I'm going to annoy Topher and Zoot. I have a friend who has just accepted a job in Newcastle. She has five weeks to sell her flat, buy a house, move and start work. In the last two days she has sold her flat to a cash buyer for the asking price, and has to choose between three houses which she has seen and loves, all of which are chain free. Some things are meant to be!
