What do you mean? They're already in MP3 format.

well, i cant seem to download the tracks.
keeps trying to extract them as quick time real play files and not mp3.
HELP!?!

You should just be able to click on the download image and they'll download as MP3's, or, if you don't have a sane browser setup, right click on the image and click on 'Save Target/Link As' which will allow you to download the MP3.
