In fact if I go out with someone for more their personality, I tend to find them more attractive as I get closer to them.

Absolutely, the most ordinary looking person can become utterly beautiful in my eyes if I love them.

Just remembered that I played pool with a satanist last night. Really should go out on a Friday more often.

Depends what you're looking for. I'm not looking for a bf so whether I fancy someone is the most important thing to me. Well, that and personal hygiene. They might have the personality of a brick, but I'm probably not gonna wanna engage them in intellectual debate. However, if it turns out they are funny and clever as well as attractive, I'll probably fancy them even more.

I like a guy to stimulate my mind as well as my senses! If they're thick and can't hold a proper conversation about something sensible then I'm not interested no matter how gorgeous they are. I am attracted to a certain type of guy though - generally older guys too!

Viv...do you ever consider what the personality is like in someone or is it all about their appearance?
I personally find appearance important but as important as personality as I can't really have one without the other. In fact if I go out with someone for more their personality, I tend to find them more attractive as I get closer to them.

Charla! Yes, of course I am very interested in personality, in particular with regard to a sense of humour. However, I am also very interested in dangly bits, and getting my hands on them. :-)
