I'm smiling because I have tickets to see Miss Yudster in her school production of Joseph tomorrow night. Not my favourite show, but it sounds like they've made a great production. And they got a personal message from Andrew Lloyd Webber, with tickets for the West End show which they are going to raffle.

Just remembered that I played pool with a satanist last night. Really should go out on a Friday more often.

Had a good night last night. We lost the pub quiz but had my hair plaited by a viking.

I've had the kewlest morning ever. I got to go in a tiny white cocoon and I imagined it to be my coffin and it wasn't so bad, very comfy. I haven't had meat today either which is good, Happy Ash Wednesday everybody

What made me smile today was that (after Chris and co going on about it), this evening I saw Cloverfield at the cinema and at the end of it one of the teenagers in the row in front said "I don't get it, someone explain to me what that was all about?" - OMG! The plot is quite simple and it's the direction and filmwork that makes the film fantastic!

Oh the youth of today...

There's always one of you lot in the cinema - and to be honest sometimes it's me! I remember seeing Sixth Sense and it wasn't until just before the end credits started rolling that the penny dropped and I understood what was going on! The good thing about that was that when it was shown on TV it was like watching a completely different film as I knew what was going on and it made a bit more sense!

There's one bit in the Sixth Sense that still makes me jump, even though I know it's coming.. it's that scene where it shows the back shot of Cole standing in front of the toilet having a slash and the dead bloke walks past.

I was the same with 6th sense. Although, when i first watched it, with my ex, AFTER the credits etc, she asked if i understood it etc, and i said "nope. who was the dead people?". She was killing herself with laughter.
