It's an MP3 which I uploaded. What phone you got? You should be able to simply copy the file to your phone and use it.

I've got a memory card in my phone, so I just use a card reader and adapter and plug it into my computer, transfer the mp3 files over and then put the mem card back in my phone.

i meant that im having trouble getting the mp3 file to my computer, its opens in quick time player and will not let me download it. I just want the higher bit not the whole song thing

I un-installed quick time, and works fine now. thanks

Oh have a look at "Quicktime Alternative" from here:

it doesn't load up any of the normal crap you get with normal quicktime
