Essex is great. I love Essex. I was born in Essex and I still live there. I am an Essex fan. An Essex supporter, if you will. Your typo was just an opportunity to make an Essex -based comment which didn't involve chavs or car crime.

I don't think a chav would have structured the sentence in quite the same way. Or spelled all the words correctly. And I'll take your word for it on the car thief thing, you obviously have far more experience of such things than do I.

Er - no. When I was the right age to be a chav, they hadn't been invented yet. We had "Kevs" and "Lindas", and I was a punk anyway in those days. And although I used to be married to an ex-car thief, thats as close to the activity as I have ever been!

Well she knows who he is, but I dont think he knows who my mum is.

The first time I met him in the shop I was with my mum and he was just chatting to us in a really overly posh voice, and I was nudging my mum and going "its rik mayal" and she was nudging me back and going "I know" and he just started laughing
