He had it done years ago.

I had it done in my teens. I had man-boobs. The NHS acknowledged my problem but doesn't do surgery for cosmetic reasons - they agreed to cut them out on mental health grounds - i.e. it was affecting me having this problem (couldn't take my top off or do things like sport because of the embarrassment).

Bigger doesn't necessarily mean inconveniently large you know. I used to have quite ickle ones, but since having Joel they've grown considerably. I like it. I like it a lot.
