Had a good night last night. We lost the pub quiz but had my hair plaited by a viking.

I was trying to Xmas shopping on this island's only commercial centre, not easy. Even if I had remembered it, there was nothing I could've really done to salute it. I'm probably the only Scot in this area.

Although, we did buy a cheesy Caribbean Christmas CD "Noel dans les Caraibes", and it has a Caribbean steel drum version of 'Auld Lang Syne' which is interesting.
