Left my remarks, generally gave Radio 1 praise, only thing I did say needed improving was a more varied play list, Moyles got praise though

I did mine a couple of weeks ago. Obviously praised Moyles. Said he should be given more freedom to to what he wants and I said with reference to the playlist that just because a song is six months old doesn't mean they have to stop playing it from time to time.

I think its pretty important people put their views on the BBC here - we are so lucky in this country to have the best all round media source availabe in the world. People should tell them that - I have a feeling they are gonna get a fair bit of negativity as well.

Only things i dont like about Radio 1 are Jo Whiley & Nihal........I think the music is ok to be honest! Its probably scheduled that they expect each person only to listen for 2 hours on an average day and thats why we hear Coldplay every 2 hours or so......

I like Chappers & Dave, sham ethey seem to bounce them roudn the schedule, they should get the slot that Chris' Saturday show used to be on. Vernon is rather good as well. Haven't really listened to Scott's show much but what I have heard sounds good.

We still need a Mark & Lard type show back on Radio 1 however

SACRILEGE To be fair I can understand why you dislike them, I did for years but listening back to some of there old shows I never realised how much I miss them on Radio 1

They were hilarious in the afternoons but you're right, it somehow didn't quite transfer to Breakfast as you'd think it would. I was sorry when they went though.

I love the news interjections, it brightens up an otherwise rubbish part of the show - I'm all for news, but Newsbeat has always been patronising as hell.

Listen to any station and they'll do the same thing - as long as they stop before the singing starts, they're happy... it helps combat recording off the radio, not that that is too much of an issue now with the interweb and all.

Newsbeat has always been patronising as hell.

I did it as well, and as I was writing I remembered the license fee that you all have. What does that entail? I feel lucky that I can experience Radio 1 and don't have to pay anything. We don't have fees here, but commercial radio is horrible. Public radio is good, but they like you to contribute if you can.

If you regularly went to a Chip shop and found that you didn't like the chips, you'd stop getting them from there wouldn't you?

And you certainly wouldn't post on the chip shops internet fan site would you? The clue is in the 'fan site' bit...

But chippy chips are never the same as home cooked chips. And you never get rank chips - just ones that are not as good as somewhere else.

I think for legal reasons they have to, people requested this on Heart 106.2 back in 2000/2001 and I think the record companies complained. They have to hit the vocal & not crash it & TBH if I really like a song I go & buy it
