No, I can see a passing resemblance even putting the bald + beard bit to one side. I think it's the shape of his head. And I don't just mean "egg", I mean facial structure and the like.

Not that i'm aware of. He's not sinister at all...I think that's just a bad pic. The caption that accompanies it on facebook is something like "I wasn't in as bad a mood as I look."
