Ahh, clear now. The problem is, I've not done mine today because I wasn't quite sure what was going on.

Sorry Sidla (Q2?), I should have made it clear that I wasn't going to be online at all aswell as not reviewing. My fault.

Well whatever. You should be able to get radio 1. I'll do it 3-4 on Monday and Tuesday and let us know if you can get radio 1 or not. I can't do it on Thursday or Friday anyway, because my brother's in court.

The channels are categorised, so all entertainment is in the 100s, music channels tend to be in the 450's and childrens channels in the 600's. You'll get the idea.

Open the interactive menu.

Are you getting one of them cool digital boxes that allow you to pause television if the phone rings? I think you can also record one channel while watching another.

The only reason you get the box and installation on the cheap is because you sign a contract with a marketing company so your box can phone home at three in the morning and supply said marketing company with a wealth of dirt on you.

I checked about this when I initially intended to have Sky ignore me for two months, and they said if the box can't phone home at 3am it tries later. It's a freephone number, by the way. - jc

Sorry, when I say "ignore me for two months" I mean to say "arrange for Sky Digital installation, turn up, tell me I need a Special Heights Team who don't work to a schedule, and then ignore me until two months later I call to cancel." - jc

it can easily be resolved by unplugging the phone line.

Ah Ugly, theres not 851 channels, lol. Its just the way they are arranged, as they are adding new channels all the time. The ones you need to know it 101, bbc one through to about 130 for the sci-fi channel...then it goes all cookery and home channels, then 205 is E4. But between 440 and 457 are the music channels.

The phone line is so you can connect so Sky to enter competitions and high score competitions and pay for games. The games used to be free, now its like 50p for however long you connect on til. Yep, you always leave the thing on so it can update through the night.

There still are some free games, but most of the decent games are pay 2 play. Playjam used to be completely free too, but now you have to pay after the first level.

No, I don't think so, not unless you want to submit your score. I played it once and it took me ages to work out what the hell you had to do.

Can you get radio 1? If so, does this mean you'll be doing all the reviewing again?

We have had Sky for a year, and it has only ever been plugged into the telephone line twice, and that was to order one of the movies. It's done us no harm.

Good to know, thanks!
