I'm not a fan of Joey Whiley her whole interview style is crap, a guest is greeted asked then a record is played....asked two more questions another record is played..live lounge play me a song....another record is played ......then the guest is gone! I'm sure guests on her show walk out of there and think what the * was that all about.

It's a big ask, considering the size of the show and cutting out music, but if you could upload that show it'd be great.

On a sort of related note, I remember when Jon Holmes on Virgin Radio had to do a complete double shift from 10pm-4am! From what I remember his show finished at 1pm & the DJ who was meant to turn up (I think it was Jezza aka Jeremey Kyle) never did & because it was extremley short notice he had to stay on.

I wish they had bought out HD Mini Disc recorders back in 2001 as I would have taped the whole thing.

console. Is that everything from 7-12. I've wanted too listen too that for ages. It would be much appreciated.

Does anyone have the whole extended show from glasto in 05 when jo was off.
If i remember. Chris did the whole show. They went too jo at 10 as normal. But before hand were asked too stay for a bit in case of any breaks. That happened within 15 seconds. And due too not getting the feed back. Chris did the whole show if i remember rightly.
Wasn't it raining cats and dogs that day. Prob one of the heaviest rain storms we had.

NB: I seem to be missing the last minute or two off of the recording, but that is once Jo is back on air.

At 128kbps stereo, an MP3 file is a little under 1MB a minute, so that size is correct for that length of audio, at that quality.

I should point out I record at 196kbps (or round that mark) when copying them over, that's why the files I do are so large when they're only 1hr 30mins on average :lol:

Wow never really listen to Jo Whiley's show but Mondays was excellent, well until 10:45 when she turned up, never mind :D

I have to say I did enjoy the Classic Live Lounge session today, a track from Zero 7 from 2002, absolutely love the track they played
