Pretty shocking the way the tube worker was shouting in the video there. Read the article as well and the old guy seems to have kept fairly calm. The young guy seemed to want to intimidate the poor old guy and belittle him infront of all the other passengers.

Here's hoping karma comes round and kicks him up the arse.
