Put simply: No-one likes the use of 'text speak' on here and don't quote me but I belive it's under the rules not to use it.

Whether they are text speak or not, they are lumped in with the list of prohibited phrases on this forum and that makes it a better place to visit as far as I'm concerned.

Leet-speak is something different altogether, and in no way is it the "language of t'internet", it's the 'language' of idiots and not acceptable in any dosage, however small.
