well it just twitched and i wasnt sure whether it was dead and its the nerves going funny or whether it was making a pathetic attempt for the door. so...

i thought i'd give it mouth to mouth but didnt want to put my face near it so i got the bicycle pump and fed the tube into its mouth and pushed it down. then i gave it a little encouragement and its eyes opened so i kept pumping not knowuing the tube had found its way down to the stomach. anyway, the fact is dont lose any sleep about what the thigh bone is connected to.
