Well its white meat and the same kind of texture, it wasn't like beef! So if I had to make a comparison I'd say chicken.

I have leftovers for lunch today - Mr Yudster's Special Pasta, which is penne with tomatos, peppers, bacon, mushrooms and lots of dried chilli. REALLY yum.

Just remembered that I played pool with a satanist last night. Really should go out on a Friday more often.

Had a good night last night. We lost the pub quiz but had my hair plaited by a viking.
