Please set some question perimeters, what are we comparing them with, as a general thing? Because if your talking about Film editing and things like that then the Mac is far superior.

Macs are generally used for image manipulation and multimedia and stuff and are far superior at it. For just home use a PC is probably more versatile.

Although I think macs are better, programs come out on Pc alot quicker

Surely a Mac would still have a on/off button at the front making it easy to use.

I voted PC simply because that's what I use. It's fine for our media tools at work, although other places I've been at (TV and film places) prefer macs for their visual work.

Macs are by far much more stable but to most people PCs are stable enough and somewhat easier to use. Most people don't use PCs for home video editing instead they don't bother editing it.

Hmmm, tricky one this. Probably a mac as it can keep you dry in the rain. Not been one for all this Political Correctness, but if it was a WPC it would be a completely different answer...

No way is a pc more versatile!!! Itmay be easier for the layman, but it is inferior in every way possible.

PC's and Macs have almost identical abilities, it is the software that makes the difference.

By the way, what us "old school" members hate just as much as newbes repeating topics, is newbes bringing up three year old ones.

Ok I'm not trying to start an argument with anyone here, but take this senario. I wanted to do a poll on PC's versus Macs. I did a search and found there was one there, be it 4 years old. Should I a.) start another one, and get abuse for covering a topic that's "been done before" or do I b.) reply to the old one and get told off for bringing up old topics?
