I sold my car when I came to uni because I couldn't afford the insurance. My insurance would have dropped now I'm 21 though.

The whole point of smart cars is that they're small city cars, designed for cities like Paris - they're basically designed for young Parisian ladies to drive to the patisserie in whilst looking chic...

They actually do what they were designed to do really well - they're designed for nipping through busy cities, they're a doddle to park and let's face it, in a city you're not going to worry about things like 0-60 times and top speeds as you're going to max out at about 5 MPH anyway...

As Sidla said minis are very reliable but you will have to watch the body work, the rust is treatable, but the minis lose thier shine often if so treat it with halfords foam tar remover.

i can fly a light aircraft fairly easily, so driving shouldnt be a problem.
