We used to have one where I worked. It was always fun to swear into when you were bored. Things like "useless idiots" would get recognised by the system as "Management Accounts".

I've found a tape of the first ever time they did this - not sure what the date is, but it's from afternoons. The quality is a bit ropey but I'm gonna upload it to the sound vault anyway.
