There was a time when Matt was too involved and was getting annoying, but he doesn't do much on air anymore so I am not bothered about him either way.

I hope whoever the new member is doesn't ruin the dynamic of the show. I cant see how an extra member is needed really, even if it is Sara Cox, and surely an extra prominent voice would be too much? That is what makes me think someone might be leaving, probably Dom or Tina. I hope that isnt the case, certainly not Dom anyway.

I will keep an open mind until we know what it is anyway.

Maybe a well deserved promotion in the offing.
The members of the team that i would miss the most would be Dave ( extremely unlikely if not impossible as he's freelance) & Aled (also very unlikely, but you never know) equally.
The loss of either of those two would be a disaster. And as much as i like the rest of the team, they are all replaceable.
Though if Dom did go i would really miss his very dry, slightly detached from reality humour.

I would be amazed if Dave left. I imagine he will be with Moyles for a long while yet. I bloody hope he isnt leaving anyway.

I too have a feeling Dom could be the one to leave. When Moyles signed the last contract he made loads of references to the fact Radio 1 thought Dom didnt fit in with the image. I think that is ridiculous and I'll be gutted if he leaves, but I do have a feeling it may be him.

Tina is involved in a fair bit of TV work as well and she certainly seems career minded. I dont want anyone to leave but if it had to be someone then I would choose Tina.

Yeah ,i like Tina too but i do get the impression of a huge ego lurking in that lovely frame.As well as ambition. A necessary thing to have in media i suppose.

I really hope Dom doesn't go since he is one of my favourite members especially with his comic timing during some links. I just feel it won't be the same without him especially when it comes to his inaccurate weather reading!

I personally don't mind any of them anyway but if there is someone leaving, the one I would like to go is Matt since he would be at the bottom of the totem pole but not because I hate him but just I like the others more.

Dom isn't employed by the BBC, so no, he isn't "senior in the news department". He went freelance at the beginning of 2010 and is now contracted to The Moyles Show in the same way that Chris and Dave are.

Doesn't mean he might not be moving on though, unfortunately......

At a time where many disputable articles regarding the "Future host of the Breakfast show" are ripe in the newspapers (*cough* Greg this weekend *cough*), I really hope this is true.

Part of me hopes it's just something small, so it doesn't disrupt the team-dynamic, but part of me hopes it is someone (*cough* Will Kinderburg *cough* or someone similar) coming back, so that the show might actually make more videos. Because we all want that, right?
