Nicola - that sucks about the running. :/ Does it hurt you to use the cross trainer? My high school had a gym, and I always chose it over the treadmill 'cause it didn't impact my ankles. I have this odd thing where if I don't place my feet in a certain way, my ankles lose control of supporting my weight and I fall over.

But - it might be able to satisfy your love of running, at least a little bit.

I suppose your doctor's probably told you all the equipment and stuff you can use, though.

You're so lucky you have a GP that gives you all this advice! =/ Our practice is so oversubscribed that you're ushered in and out before they've even had a chance to diagnose you! xD
