If the show is still popular I don't think age really matters. Pete Tong is older than Chris, for example, and his show is still super popular.

Yeah they announced that Chris had signed a 2.5 year contract on BBC 3's 60-second news the other night, although it wasn't Tina doing it unfortunately! 2.5 more years of the show (hopefully)! How lucky are we! I was sure it was going to continue with a rolling 1-year contract, and that they would most likely stop next year. So I for one am very happy

Did he? I only heard something referring to him "being rich" which I took as perhaps he wants more money or he's peeved at the fact that 1.25 million he's earning will disappear in no time. Tax, his agent, mortgage, etc.

I think Dave just said that it hadnt been signed, rather than still negotiating.

Great news we have another two-and-a-half-years of the show anyway
